Return and Exchange Policy

At ME DESNUDO, you have a 15-day period from the purchase date of your order to request an exchange or return. The amount of the returned order will be issued as a promotional code to be used on the website (shipping costs will not be refunded). After the 15-day period from receiving the return, ME DESNUDO reserves the right to reject the request.

We will review your request and, if approved, we will send you the address where you can return or exchange the product. A discount code will be issued for the value of the order once the product is received and we confirm it is in perfect condition.

*Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

All sales of items purchased with a promotional code are not subject to exchanges or returns.

If the product arrives opened or damaged, ME DESNUDO will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error.

Any claim must be made within 15 days from the receipt of the package.

Returns are always processed in the form of a promotional code to be used in our store.

The code will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned product.

If a new purchase is made using the provided promotional code, this new order cannot be returned.

ME DESNUDO is not responsible for defects caused by improper use, negligence, alterations, or aesthetic damage due to normal wear and aging.
