SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our orders with Correos. Each package can be tracked with its corresponding tracking number.

All our pieces are handcrafted one by one in a workshop in Barcelona. The creation time for each piece is approximately 2 to 3 days. On the other hand, the shipping time will depend on the country. If the order is placed during peak season, delivery times may be longer. Feel free to email us at info@medesnudo.es for more information about your order.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. After the preparation and creation time has passed, your package will be shipped, and you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track the order.

*Delivery times may be affected by delays due to manufacturing issues in the workshop, transportation problems, customs, or other external factors.

SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of purchase confirmation.

Orders over 300 EUR include free shipping.

The shipping cost does not include any customs duties or tariffs that may arise for shipments to non-EU countries. Customers will be responsible for these additional payments.

*Currently, we do not ship to Russia, North Korea, and Switzerland.
